Simon Woollams

Simon joined the company in 2007 and was most recently Chief Financial Officer until 2021.

As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees all operations in respect to the New Zealand business and works closely with key members of Centuria Capital Group based in Australia. Simon also plays a key role in the transactional side of the business and provides oversight across the managed portfolio. He is also Chief Financial Officer of NZX-listed Asset Plus Limited, which is managed by Centuria.

Simon has a strong financial background, and prior to Centuria held roles across property and finance at BDO and ANZ National Bank, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Simon graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
