Brand-new large-scale A-Grade facility in Auckland’s newest industrial and logistics hub

This large scale, architecturally designed, A-Grade facility has recently completed its development, which includes ~15,000 sqm of net lettable area split between two warehouses, each with adjoining offices. The larger warehouse is purpose built for the well-known Hancocks who are taking a new 12 year lease from Settlement with rights of renewal totalling a further 10 years. Hancocks is a leading beverage distributor established in 1859 and purchased by the current owners in 1991. A second smaller warehouse is subject to a 4 year lease from Settlement to AutoPacific, a market leader in vehicle accessories and towing solutions.

Tidal Road is a significant new industrial business park in Mangere, minutes from the Massey Rd interchange with State Highway 20, providing both north and southbound access. The Waterview tunnel provides direct links with State Highway 16 to West Auckland and Auckland’s CBD. The location also provides easy airport access.
