Anglesea Medical Centre

The Centuria NZ Diversified Property Fund’s initial and highest value asset is the Anglesea Medical Centre. Comprised of three main buildings, this 2.4 hectare property is located in a prime corner position within Hamilton’s CBD. In Centuria’s opinion, it is one of New Zealand’s largest private health care centres. Anglesea Medical Centre offers income diversification through 28 tenants, many being the Waikato’s leading medical and healthcare providers. The tenants’ strong commitment to the property is highlighted through the ten largest having occupied the site for between 11 and 28 years.

The major tenants include Pathlab, one of New Zealand’s largest pathology service providers with one of the most advanced laboratories in the southern hemisphere located onsite; Hamilton Radiology, the main facility for this longstanding private practice with ten locations and Fertility Associates, the only provider of public and privately funded fertility treatment in the Waikato region.
