A purpose-built large format home improvement centre which was constructed in 2007 with extensive refurbishments and upgrades completed in 2018. The improvements comprise a high-stud, open plan warehouse/showroom which includes mezzanine offices, a café, garden centre, together with associated canopies and outdoor storage yards. The site was further improved with the construction of the KFC purpose-built building and car parks on what was previously surplus land at the front of the site. The KFC development completed in January 2022.  The land at the rear of the site remains vacant.
