2. The prize is a parcel of stapled units in Centuria NZ Meridian Property Investment with an issue value of $25,000. Open to attendees who are New Zealand residents. The winner will be drawn at random on 23 November 2026 and notified by phone or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days the prize is forfeited and re-drawn.
