We have been working closely as a Trans-Tasman team now for quite a few months already.

Last year we executed one of the largest commercial property transactions in New Zealand with the $178 million Visy deal.

Last month we completed our largest ever single asset capital raise.

We intend to translate more large-scale, quality investments like this into opportunities for our investors, which enables greater local ownership of quality New Zealand commercial real estate.
