43 College Hill, Auckland

The building at 43 College Hill, located on the outskirts of Auckland’s CBD, is undergoing a conversion and full refurbishment to convert the existing office space into a premium self-storage facility.

With four levels spanning across 4,400sqm, this facility will offer 24/7 self-storage, temperature and humidity-controlled wine storage facility, upscale wine retail, and a high security vault. The project, with an anticipated completion date in late 2024, has a completed forecast exit value of circa $55 million.

Lakeview, Queenstown

Centuria have partnered with Melbourne-based developers Ninety Four Feet to develop a range of residential housing, hotels, co-working and co-living spaces, and hospitality and retail facilities on a 10-hectare Lakeview precinct on the shore of Lake Wakatipu.

This large scale, multi-stage development is valued in excess of $1 billion and estimated to take ~10 years to complete.
