Current Projects

Munroe Lane, Albany, Auckland

Designed from the inside out, this campus style development with extensive floor plates and central atrium has been designed with the modern workplace in mind. The structural grid has been designed with maximum spans to ensure a clear and uninterrupted workspace is provided.

The large floorplates provide flexibility to be split into up to 3 tenancies and have the benefit of access to an external terrace for further connection to the outside environment.

Jucy Snooze, 54 Cook Street, Auckland

With a redevelopment value of $35 million, this project consists a major renovation of an office building into a short-stay hotel and office space. In addition to the northwest panoramic views to the Auckland harbour, this building will have an open floor plan with a high-stud layout that lends itself to an industrial-style fit out. There’s an easy connection to all the essential amenities, with a café on the ground floor and the City Works Depot just across the road.

Man Street, Queenstown

Project Man Street is a boutique 61 key 5 star luxury Radisson Collection Hotel development offering outstanding uninterrupted elevated views to the Remarkables, strategically located in central Queenstown, New Zealand’s premier tourism destination.

Currently undertaking earthworks with completion forecast in 2023, subject to obtaining funding.

35 Graham Street, Auckland

Asset Plus is seeking tenant commitment for 35 Graham Street. The existing property currently consists of 10,000 sqm of NLA across three large floorplates and can be configured and refurbished “as is” to suit either a single or multiple tenants.

The Fund has also been granted resource consent to increase the NLA up to 20,000 sqm for a building designed by renowned workplace architect Woods Bagot.  This development would appeal to blue-chip tenants seeking premium-grade office space in Auckland CBD.

862 Great South Road, Auckland

Centuria have partnered with Melbourne-based developers Ninety Four Feet to develop a range of residential housing, hotels, co-working and co-living spaces, and hospitality and retail facilities on a 10-hectare Lakeview precinct on the shore of Lake Wakatipu. This large scale, multi-stage development is valued in excess of $1 billion and estimated to take ~10 years to complete.
