Centuria have partnered with Melbourne-based developers Ninety Four Feet to develop a range of residential housing, hotels, co-working and co-living spaces, and hospitality and retail facilities on a 10-hectare Lakeview precinct on the shore of Lake Wakatipu. This large scale, multi-stage development is valued in excess of $1 billion and estimated to take ~10 years to complete.
