This well maintained property has been occupied by the Waikato District Health Board in its current use since 2008 with a current six year lease term from March 2021. A two-level extension with good stud height and natural lighting was completed in 2021 to meet the tenant’s requirements and they are currently investing significant expenditure on their fit out.
