The property is situated to the north of Hastings and is a large 7.1 hectare industrial site that is leased to Cedenco Foods as an apple processing plant.  The improvements include cool/cold store facilities, canopies, offices and a substantial yard used for bin storage.  It was originally constructed in the 1970’s and various plant upgrade and refurbishment work has been completed over the last several years.
