Ben Harding

Ben is Centuria NZ Head of Asset Management and Centuria New Zealand Industrial Fund (CNZIF) Manager, responsible for overseeing CNZIF’s 19-asset industrial portfolio for the unlisted fund, worth c.$638million, as well as leading the local asset management team who manage $2.5 billion of assets across New Zealand and Southeast Queensland, Australia.

Ben joined the company in 2018 and has more than 20 years of asset and fund management experience across New Zealand, Australia and Britain. He has previously held senior positions at ING Real Estate in London as well as EG Funds in Sydney. More recent positions were held at Mainland Capital (Christchurch) and Stride Investment Management (Auckland).

Ben holds a Master in Property Valuation and Law from the London City University and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Otago University. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an REA Licenced Salesperson.
