Joel Lindsey

Joel has a career spanning more than 25 years across local and international real estate markets.

He is responsible for overseeing the New Zealand investment team that manages a $2.5 billion real estate portfolio spanning office, industrial, healthcare, retail, agriculture and tourism assets across listed and unlisted funds.

Prior to returning to NZ in 2014, Joel held the position of Senior Director – Real Estate at Aviva Investors in London. In that position, he was responsible for management of the £4 billion Aviva Life & Pensions real estate investment portfolio.

Joel graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Arts.
