Luke Fitzgibbon

Luke joined Centuria in January 2016 from Chapman Tripp where he spent 8 years in the corporate team where he advised on securities laws (including for Centuria’s syndications), mergers and acquisitions as well as general commercial and corporate advice. Luke completed his studies at the University of Otago where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Chemistry). Luke’s role at Centuria is to oversee and advise on all legal aspects of the Centuria business.
